We make food accessible to widowed women in Afghanistan. Through collaboration with local organizations, we provide families with a card that allows them to source food from stores within our network.
Together with local organizations, we foster micro-projects to train widowed women in Afghanistan to help develop their economic autonomy (poultry farms, sewing workshops, etc). These projects are possible through the continuing support and energy of those activists and members of the great PeopleHELP family who have had to leave their country.
We contribute to the awareness of the children in Spain, through the Hugs Project and to erase the stigma of what it means to be a refugee. We carry out inclusive tasks, so that refugee boys and girls feel involved and reduce the emotional anxiety generated by the reality of their country and the situation of their parents or relatives, who still live in Afghanistan.
