We defend, advise and accompany asylum seekers for their interview at the Spanish Embassy to request transfer to Spain and subsequent request for international protection.
After managing to flee from danger and conflict, refugees are often completely unaware of the steps needed to reach a safe country and qualify for a program of international protection.
PIONEERS IN LEGAL ADVICE FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER ARTICLE 38 OF THE SPANISH ASYLUM LAW
The Spanish embassy in Pakistan has been a pioneer in the application of Article 38 of the asylum law, and this has provided us with privileged knowledge of best practice in supporting asylum seekers.
This is why we now use our expertise to extend knowledge of Article 38 to other embassies around the world, supporting families at risk in other countries.
